INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Vigo County School Board met for an executive session in Indianapolis on Tuesday.
A public notice was given that said that the session concerned the initiation of litigation that is pending or has been threatened and to train school board members with an outside consultant about the performance of the role of members of public officials.
News 10 reports that there has been no confirmation that the board is either being sued or is initiating court action.
Superintendent Rob Haworth and five board members made the trip but no official statement on the trip has been issued.
