VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday night (8/31/19) Vermillion County Deputies stopped a truck on S.R. 63 that was clocked at 78 MPH in a 60 MPH zone.

The driver had a strong odor of alcohol beverage coming from her and showed signs of intoxication.  She was identified as 38-year-old Jessica Biggs from Westville, IL.

Biggs tested at .14% blood alcohol.

She was released after she sobered up.
