VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Sunday evening around 7:00 p.m. Vermillion county Police arrested 43 year old Jason T. Strawser of Terre Haute after an accident on CR 1250 South West of Clinton. 

 

Officers say that Strawser left the roadway and hit a tree on the north side of the road.

 

Strawser declined medical treatment on scene and failed Standard Field Sobriety Tests.  He later rested at .20%. 

 

Deputies say that Strawser had a prior OVWI conviction in the State of Pennsylvania within the past 5 years.  He was also found in possession of a loaded firearm without a license to carry.

 

He now faces several charges.
