VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A Marion man is being held in the Vigo County Jail on a felony charger of sexual battery.
Indiana State University Student 21 year old Marcus Smith appeared in court Friday and was released.
The incident allegedly happened September 28th at a party.
Smith allegedly touched the victim in a sexual manner. Several witnesses corroborated the claim to police.
