CLAY COUNTY, Ind.  – A Clay County man who pleaded guilty to reckless homicide back in 2017 could soon be headed back to prison.

Dylan Thompson admitted to driving under the influence and causing a crash that killed Morgan “Brittany” Prichard on Easter of 2016.

Thompson was originally sentenced to six years in prison but is currently out on probation.

On Tuesday the Clay County Probation Department has filed a petition to revoke Thompson’s probation for an alleged violation of the terms of his probation.

A hearing is set for December 11.
