TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A trial date has been set for a Terre Haute man accused of child molestation.

32 year old Kyle Wyatt allegedly had a sexual encounter with a 13 year old.

He is also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for giving the child three or four shots of alcohol.

Jail records show that Wyatt is being held on $75,000 bond and will stand trial June 29.
