Brazil, Ind – Indiana State Police have identified the man shot and killed Sunday night in Clay County.

An autopsy was performed Monday afternoon in Terre Haute and police now say that 31 year old Robert P. Blystone of Brazil was the person killed. His body was found at 2055 State Road 340 just west of Brazil.

Officers say that the incident started as a “domestic situation”.

Indiana State Police say that they are continuing their investigation but so far no arrests have been announced. They also say that their investigation could take up to three weeks to complete and then they will turn their findings over to the Clay County Prosecutor for possible action.
