VIGO COUNTY, Ind – More details are known about a Saturday afternoon motorcycle crash.

32-year-old Jacob Quinn of Terre Haute was riding on Barnhardt Road when he lost control of his bike in a curve. The bike skidded for about 20 feet before going off the road into a guardrail.

Quinn was thrown from the bike and suffered internal injuries. He was taken to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Police say that he was wearing a helmet.
