VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A West Terre Haute man faces felony charges of incest and sexual misconduct with a minor following an investigation by the Vigo County Sheriff’s Department.
42-year-old Adam Tingley was booked into the Vigo County Jail Tuesday.
The victim is reportedly from Clark County, Illinois and visited Tingley’s residence on multiple occasions.
He is being held on $35,000 bail and has a court date set for October 28th this year.
